Butterfly of Dreams — Project Overview

A 22.25-acre mixed-use development by Total Environment on Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru East.

A 22.25-acre address on Sarjapur Road, built around its landscape

Total Environment Butterfly of Dreams is an upcoming mixed-use residential and commercial development by Total Environment, on the Sarjapur–Ambalipura corridor near Dommasandra in Bengaluru East.

The development spans 22.25 acres across survey numbers in Thigalachowdenahalli and Dommasandra villages, Sarjapura Hobli, Anekal Taluk. It brings together 1,188 apartments in six residential towers, a separate commercial tower closer to the main-road frontage, civic amenity space, and an internal driveway network — organised so the homes sit back from the road behind depth and greenery.

In keeping with Total Environment's design approach, the plan proposes a large landscaped zone and around 800 new trees across the site. The apartments are offered in generous 3 and 4 BHK formats, and the layout is set out on the master plan.
